Sign up and fund your account

Once you've signed up for an account, we will verify your accredited investor status. You can then connect your bank account securely and transfer funds into your investor account.
We will collect our one-time 1% fee and your funds will be ready to invest within two days.

Invest in mortgages

Lending2b finds mortgages from real estate professionals and makes them available to you through our AutoInvest fund. The fund takes a conservative strategy and invest in multiple loans. This minimize the risk and maximize liquidity.

Start earning interest

Borrowers will repay the loans you're invested in on a monthly basis which
will be reinvested
in new loans and maximize utilization of the funds.
You own a portion of each loan through the AutoInvest fund and will receive a share of the profit at the end of the year. Log into your investor dashboard at any point to see how your investments are performing and get summarized statistics for your portfolio.

Receive final payment

Loans will be fully paid back in 12 months or less. If anything goes wrong, Lending2 will hire a loan servicing company to take care of all servicing needs and, if needed, foreclosure—remember, your investment is backed by a real asset. Once the loan has been repaid, all funds will be reinvested in new loans that meet our criterias.

We take a management fee from all profit above 10%

Receive final payment

Loans tenure is 12 months but because we have invested in many of them through the fund, you can decide to withdraw your money (capital + interests) when you want.
Just let us know when you need your funds and we will send it to your bank
account in 1 to 3 months.

Starting at $40,000 and up to $150,000, there average tenure is 10 months.

If you prefer more liquidity and diversify your risk by investing in more loans for the same amount, we recommend you to take a share in our AutoInvest Fund instead. (see How it works on next tab)

Log into your investor dashboard at any point to see how your investments are performing and get summarized statistics for your portfolio.

If anything goes wrong, Lending2 will hire a loan servicing company to take care of all servicing needs and, if needed, foreclosure—remember, your investment is backed by a real asset. Once the loan has been repaid, all funds will be returned directly into your online account where you can withdraw them or reinvest to keep earning returns!
